Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required. College education preferred. Minimum 1 years of experience in transportation, dispatch, scheduling, operations, or a related role preferred. Operations background is preferred but not required. Oilfield experience and knowledge of TDG best practices preferred. Proficiency with Truckload Transportation Management software (TMW/Vector) preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
