Kneehill Regional Family and Community Support Services
Working for the municipalities of Acme, Carbon, Kneehill County, Linden, Three Hills and Trochu to enhance the social well-being of individuals, families and communities. Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre
The Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre is a resource to help through a sensitive and often stressful time. Their client advocates are here to answer your questions with care and compassion. They offer assistance if you are wondering if you are pregnant or if you want to receive a free pregnancy test.
CAPCC recognizes that women have a right to make their own choice about the outcome of their pregnancy and their sexual health. They exist to help teen girls, young women, women, and families make informed decisions.

Big Country Primary Care Network
The Big Country PCN is located within rural Alberta and comprises of Family Physicians within the communities of Castor, Consort, Coronation, Drumheller, Hanna, Stettler, Three Hills and Trochu. It is estimated that the Physicians within the area provide services to in excess of 36,000 patients. There are 44 physician members of the Big Country PCN practicing across 10 clinics.

Town of Three Hills
Three Hills Town Office
Provides/administers municipal services: water, sewer, garbage, recycling, streets, fire, recreation, Three Hills Cemetery, and planning services (including issuing development, building, plumbing, gas and electrical permits and processing subdivisions and Land Use Bylaw amendment applications). Provides emergency services, regional bylaw enforcement services, tourism, and economic development. Issues business licenses, pet licenses, and accepts payment of utility bills and taxes.
