Recreational Lacrosse Recreation lacrosse is aimed at players who do not wish to play competitively.

Recreational lacrosse is a weekly non-competitive drop in program, but participants must be registered with Kneehill Minor Lacrosse to play.

Recreational lacrosse is co-ed and will be organized by age divisions or by like skill groups.

A Community Development Trained coach will be present at all sessions.

Required equipment is Lacrosse Canada helmet ( a CSA approved helmet, ie hockey) with facemask, gloves, and appropriate footwear.

Sessions will run a minimum of one hour, with the first half hour being skills and drills. The remainder will be scrimmage controlled by the Community Development Trained coach. Goalies are not required
